• Prepares graduates for strategic HRM positions in both multinational and Swiss companies and organizations.
• Builds knowledge and competencis in key HR functional areas, in both local and international contexts.
• Builds knowledge of core business functions.

Previous HR experience is highly valued, but not required to enter the program. The program complements the skill set of people working in management and other areas that require a good knowledge of HR.

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university and meeting Webster's English proficiency policy.
